Shipping Policy
We ship Australia-wide with Australia Post. We don't currently ship internationally.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping rates
- Standard: $11
- Express: $15
- Free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more
Delivery times after dispatch are estimated by Australia Post and vary by location. Express is usually faster but isn't guaranteed.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders are dispatched on your chosen schedule. The rates above apply to each delivery.
Delivery address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best before your order is dispatched. We can deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, see our Refund Policy or email hello@canacoffeeroasters.com within 7 days of delivery.
